Empirica Research & Consulting
We are your capacity-building partner and coach for social value strategy and impact measurement, not just a consultancy.

We help organisations and businesses build the skills, to design evaluation systems needed to capture impact, make better decisions about their people, evidence their value and tell their story using evidence.

Whether you are looking to improve staff wellbeing, better understand your customers, strengthen your strategy, or clearly demonstrate your wider value, we support you to develop approaches that are credible, useful, and sustainable.

HOW CAN WE SUPPORT YOU?
Mission
Our mission is to build the capacity and confidence of organisations and businesses to understand, evidence, and communicate the value of their work without over-reliance on external consultants.
We support organisations to develop the skills and approaches needed to gather insight, make informed decisions about their people and services, and use evidence in a way that is practical and sustainable.

This includes strengthening internal capability in areas such as evaluation design, data interpretation, and communicating outcomes clearly to different audiences. We do this through tailored workshops, training, and ongoing support, working alongside teams to embed these practices into everyday work. Our approach prioritises clarity, proportionate methods, and long-term autonomy, so that organisations are confident in leading this work themselves.
We provide expert input where it adds value, but always with a focus on building internal capability rather than dependency.

Empirica Research & Consulting envisions a future where organisations and businesses are equipped with the skills, confidence, and systems to understand and evidence their work in a meaningful way.
We see organisations able to move beyond surface-level metrics, using robust and proportionate approaches to inform decisions, improve practice, and communicate their value clearly.
In this future, teams are not dependent on external expertise to make sense of their data or demonstrate their value. Instead, they have the capability to lead this work from within, supporting more thoughtful, informed, and sustainable ways of working across sectors.
