Mission
Our mission is to build the capacity and confidence of community organisations so they can design and lead evaluations and successful funding applications — without over-dependence on external consultants.
We do this by delivering tailored workshops and training courses that strengthen internal skills in evaluation design, data interpretation, impact reporting and funder engagement. We also offer support via coaching and mentoring organisations to embed evaluation, impact practice and funding strategy into everyday work.
We provide expert support only when needed, and always in ways that prioritise internal learning, autonomy, and sustainability.
By providing accessible, inclusive, participatory and practical approaches, we help organisations not just win funding and collect data, but truly understand, articulate and strengthen their impact in ways that are equitable, community grounded, and long-lasting.
